COMMUNITY WELLNESS

  Community InReach Program Strategy: 2

The community wellness strategy utilizes the mobilization of services and resources into the perimeter of the community as a strategy to disable the cycle of high risk factors. Since the threat of crime has driven community-based providers outside the service perimeter of North St. Louis, mobilizing a diversity of providers, is the method conducive for producing populace outcomes. Typically, community wellness programs are structured as a specific health initiative implemented solely to qualifying individuals.
