As Executive Director of TOP Ministries, my 2023 goal is to ensure North St. Louisans has access to quality services and resources capable of addressing needs distinct to the populace. As a native North St. Louisan, I have seen how the crime threat has negatively impacted our once viable community. 

It is my belief as the developer of Community InReach Programs and the I AM Model™ that the quality of living in St. Louis can be improved and sustained when community disadvantages are reverted into restoration advantages, such as the community shareholders program.

COVID-19 posed several program implementation barriers; however, the social-distancing, became profitable for my ability to reassess program curriculums and affirm organizational structure. Post COVID, TOPM is now in position to transition from virtual services into in-person services at 4112 West Florissant, in North St. Louis. 

The team is excited to serve, and I am personally looking forward to a productive year for North St. Louisans.
