Mia 'Tam' Standifer is the Founder and President of Temple of Praise Ministries.
Guided by the mission of 'Empowering Individuals & Communities' Ms. Standifer has been recognized on local, state and international platforms for her efforts to advocate for North St. Louisans.
Ms Standifer is responsible for publishing Plan D, the program curriculum used for crime intervention & personal development
Angela Towers, Associate Director of TOPM is retired after thirty years in the medical field as a medical assistant.
Towers, experience in the medical field working with the sick and infirmed has given her a heart of compassion and empathy to serve disadvantaged populaces.
A warm and inviting person, people are naturally drawn to Angela because of her empowering ability to listen.

Deon Anderson, Chief Financial Officer, was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, attended Cardinal Ritter College Prep High School and the University of Missouri at St. Louis (UMSL).
Currently employed by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, in addition, Deon has her own tax and bookkeeping business, but works for a small tax and accounting firm during tax season.
